The Person
Amit Mathur (3rd February 1977) is a man marked by his gentle disposition and compassion for everyone alike. He has grown up reading books, a hobby to which he attributes his sense of fulfillment as person and as a professional. He is full of positive energy and is always eager to extend his helping hand for enabling people to learn and grow.
As a boy he attended Air Force School, where he learnt the valuable lesson of discipline and self-reliance and self-management. Further he graduated in the discipline of commerce from the University of Delhi.
Amit is a seasoned traveler. He has undertaken road trips to challenging terrains in Leh and Ladakh. Through this passion he has been able to explore new places and gain deep insights to life, living and people.
The Trainer
Amit has got a vast experience of over 18 years in the corporate world. He worked with Taj Group of Hotels as Manager (Sales & Training) where he covered the training for the employees which includes business etiquettes, presentation and soft skills. His deep empathy through which he trains his learners on customer care is drawn from his personal experience and greatly from his exposure at the Taj Group.
He joined Think Inc. in 2008. The emphasis of his training is on self-assessment, thought provoking exercises and a better future direction through various visualization and training techniques. He takes keen interest in research and development of workshops, keeping in mind various organizational behavior and work habits of participants.
His conviction with regard to potential in every human being to excel beyond his imagination is very strong and forms the basis of his training .The key to success is the belief in them. He evokes a positive self-response within individuals, so that they start believing in their own capabilities. It gives him immense pleasure to witness his audience’s paradigm shift during and after the workshops.
His mission in life is to assist individuals flourish and progress even during extreme stress and adverse circumstances and also be a source of positive energy and inspiration for the community and colleagues around them.
He has been trained by the Tata Group for the Total Quality Management course. After this course he has been certified as a Quality Management expert.
