The Person

His message is not just meaning and profound, but also comes with feeling. His conviction with regard to potential in every human being to excel beyond his imagination is very strong and forms the basis of his training. The key to success is the belief in them selves. He evokes a positive self-response within individuals, so that they start believing in their own capabilities. It gives him immense pleasure to witness his audience’s paradigm shift during and after the workshops. His mission in life is to assist individuals flourish and progress even during extreme stress and adverse circumstances and also be a source of positive energy and inspiration for the community and colleagues around them.

Amit has been trained by Dr.Promod Batra and Mr. Vijay Michihito Batra in conducting sessions in a simple but effective way. He packs his sessions with rich result-oriented content and engaging activities and is known for communicating with a zest and energy that is highly contagious. He also relates to his audience well, by using current and relevant examples.

The Trainer

Amit Mathur is a man full of positive energy and has a passion to enable people learn and grow. He has grown up reading books, a hobby to which he attributes his sense of fulfillment as person and as a professional.

He commenced his career with the Taj Group of Hotels as Manager (Training) and during his tenure he conducted seminars for the employees on various Motivational and Behavioral Topics like Business Etiquettes, Communication and Presentation Skills, Conflict Management, Time Management, Customer Service and Soft Skills. His deep empathy through which he trains his learners on customer care is drawn from his personal experience and exposure at the Taj Group. He has been trained by the Tata Group for the Total Quality Management course. After this course he has been certified as a Quality Management expert. His training has been used as a case study for organizations like Hyundai Motors, Fenesta Building Solutions (DCM Group Company).

He has a distinctive style which helps him building a rapport with people. He lives the principle “Connect, Collect and Correct”.

Connect: He is able to build a strong connection with people through his Social and Emotional Intelligence.

Collect: He is an empathetic listener which helps him to collect relevant information about the audience. Empathy also helps in creating a mutual feeling between him and the audience and it enables him building trust and respect.

Correct: Then brings about a positive transformation in their behavior and thoughts through effective communication, motivation and people skills.

He is been conducting training for over a decade and is associated with Think Incorporation for the last 5 years as Senior Corporate Trainer. He has covered over 15,000 people of different levels across India and abroad. He has been working extensively on the module development for Hyundai for various soft skill topics (HSAP -1&2 for Service Advisors, Service Managers and Customer Care Managers), Celebi (Assessment of the entire Mid-level Executives)
