Suneet Chopra, a Commerce Graduate and an M.B.A. from Delhi University, started his career with an Advertising Agency in the creative Department to satisfy his natural flair for creative writing. While working there, Suneet also wrote many articles that got published in The Hindustan Times, Indian Express and The Pioneer. An opportunity pulled him in the Client Servicing (Business Development) wherein he honed his skills as a Sales professional and brought many prestigious and reputed clients for his Agency.
Suneet joined Bharti Airtel in 1997, and played an instrumental role in establishing the foundation of Bharti Airtel. “A decade of dreams and darings” is how he describes his ten year long stint with Bharti Airtel. During his tenure at Bharti Airtel, Suneet extensively worked in various departments such as Customer Service Delivery, Risk Management, Corporate Collections, Franchisee Development, Marketing and Corporate Retentions which gave him beneficial insights into the workings of the Corporate World. He was entrusted with the gigantic task of rolling out the Franchisee Development Chain across Delhi-NCR which he successfully carried out in a short span of 9 months. The Chain, now popularly known as Airtel Relationship Centres, are not only present in Delhi-NCR but all across India. Another significant achievement at Bharti Airtel was Project SAMBHAV. Suneet headed this project with a team pulled out of different departments to bring to life Bharti Airtel’s blocked Rs.10 crores.
During this time, Suneet got interested in trainings as he was often called upon to train the Franchisee staff on handset operations, Value added services and soft skills.
In 2008, Suneet moved to Tata Teleservices, to lead the post sales operations of the SME and Top Corporate Segment. He was the Regional Head for Revenue Enhancements and Corporate Retention Strategy. Suneet holds to his credit many awards and certifications like Excellent Customer Service Delivery award, Employee of the year, Highest Customer Retention Certifications, Best Franchisee Training Manager and certification from IQL (Institute of Quality).
Suneet’s training approach is simple, humorous and thought provoking. He swiftly carries his participants into his unique JAM (jokes around me) zone leaving them refreshed and energized. Suneet intricately weaves Jungle stories, mythological miracles and mistakes of mighty Kings with contemporary corporate challenges to drive home his teachings and messages.
